The computational finance specialty of the Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics trains students in the mathematical, statistical, and computational tools used in today's financial industry. Open to a small and carefully selected class of students, it is designed with both a sophisticated foundation and a practical eye. Students will learn advanced analytical methods, practical problem-solving techniques, and the use of effective business communication.
